Three models for your choice
GD166A is AC Clamp Meter, there is no DC current function.
GD166B GD168B are AC/DC Clamp Meters, both models can measure AC DC current.
Smart measurement
The meter enters smart mode by default. It can measure voltage, current,resistance,continuity,and automatically identify the measurement signal. The current is measured with the clamp, and the other measurements are taken from the pen input.
Inrush current measurement
Knowing the value of inrush current can help you locate a startup problem quickly.
NCV Detection
Non-Contact Voltage (NCV) Detector can easily and quickly determine whether there is a voltage.
Live wire detecting
When a low voltage is detected, "–L" is displayed, the beeper emits a low beeping tone and the green LED lights up.When a high voltage is detected, "–H" is displayed, the beeper emits a fast beeping tone and the red LED lights up.
Automatic Calibration
The meter can be automatically calibrated when it is turned on, "CAL" will be displayed on the scree, it takes only 3s, which makes the clamp meter more accurate because automatic calibration eliminates most of the errors generated during operation.
Temperature measurement
Measurement range is -40℃~1000℃ ,-40F~1832F. When measuring temperature,put the temperature probe into the object to be measured.
HD backlight color display
6000 counts, automatically display the unit symbols according to the shift of the measurement function.
