Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return of the existing order. Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 90 days from the purchase date. The few exceptions are for:

– Clothing items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set.
– Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.
– Some free gifts.

You can track your return status by going to your Likepax account from the Likepax app or Likepax.com. Go to ‘Your orders’ >’Returns’. From there, you will be able to track the status of your return, when we receive your package, and when your refund has been issued.

When you shop on Likepax, your orders are safe under the Likepax Purchase Protection Program which offers refunds for items that do not arrive, arrive damaged, or are not as described. You may be asked to send the item back before your refund can be issued. Please note that this amount may not match the full price of the items since sales taxes, shipping, used coupons and credit are taken into account.

To report an item as damaged or not as described, please follow the steps below to request your refund:

1. Sign into your account.

2. Find the relevant order under ‘Your orders’ and click ‘Return/Refund’.

3. Confirm that you have received the package, and select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. If applicable, you may also upload photos and/or comments to further explain.

4. Confirm the return information, and click ‘Next’.

5. If there is no need to return your item, then your final step is simply to select your refund method. You may choose to receive your refund as a Likepax credit balance or credit to your original payment method. Make your selection and click ‘Submit’.

6. If you need to return your item(s), you will have the option to choose your return method. Select your return and refund methods. Then, click ‘Submit’.

7. If applicable, print and tape your return label to the outside of your return package. The first return for EVERY order is free. Mail out your package at the nearest USPS or UPS location and you’re done!

8. You can reference the status of your refund or rebuy any items from your order on your order details page.

If you received the wrong item in your order and are missing an item, please go to your Likepax account on Likepax.com or Likepax app to request a refund.

If you have not mailed out your package, you may cancel your existing return request and submit a new one with a different return method.

After you submit a return request, you can print your return label from the ‘Returns’ tab under ‘Your orders’ in the Likepax app or on Likepax.com. Then, tape your return label to the outside of your return package and mail it out from your nearest USPS or UPS location within 14 days of your return request. Refund

You may track your refund progress through any of the following ways:

1. Please go to ‘Your orders’ in Likepax app or on Likepax.com, find the corresponding order and click to view its details. Scroll to the refunded item and click ‘Details’. You can then check your refund status and refund method for each refunded item.

2. Please go to your account in Likepax app or on Likepax.com, find the ‘Messages’ section and click your refund message notification to view the details.

3. If you enabled text or email notifications for your order, you can click on the links there to track your refund status as well.

Once Likepax issues your refund, please allow 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary across financial institutions. If you opt for a Likepax credit refund, it will be swiftly added to your Likepax Credit Balance within 3 minutes.

For items returned and eligible for a refund, we will promptly initiate the refund process upon receiving the item(s) and conducting a quality inspection. Once Likepax issues your refund, please allow 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary across financial institutions. If you opt for a Likepax credit refund, it will be swiftly added to your Likepax Credit Balance within 3 minutes.

We will notify you when your refund has been successfully processed by Likepax. However, we will not know when the refund reaches your original payment method. Once Likepax issues your refund, please allow 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary across financial institutions. If you opt for a Likepax credit refund that can be used in the future purchase, it will be swiftly added to your Likepax Credit Balance within 3 minutes.

 

When items are refunded, the amount may not match the item’s full price since sales taxes, shipping, used coupons and credit are taken into account. Additionally, if this is not your order’s first return, a $7.99 shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Items purchased from Likepax are eligible for our Price Adjustment Policy.

Likepax will provide the price difference, based on the price and currency type of the paid order, if the list price of the same item (of the same size, color, etc., from the same provider) was reduced within 30 days of purchase in the same country or region. Items that are promotional, no longer available, on clearance, etc. may not be eligible for our Price Adjustment Policy.

The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your items.

Fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded for any price adjustment calculation. Likepax reserves the right to the final interpretation of our Price Adjustment Policy, the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time, and the right to deny any price adjustment at our sole discretion.

Acquirer Reference Numbers (ARN) are linked to online Visa and Mastercard debit and credit card transactions.

To find the ARN, you can Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the relevant order in ‘Your orders’ and then click on ‘Refund details’

2. Find the ARN in ‘Refund amount and method’ section.

You can provide the ARN to your card issuer to help them trace the refund. If you are communicating with them online, you can click the ‘copy’ button and paste it into the online chat.

When you are issued a refund to a Visa or Mastercard, a refund authorization check will be sent to your account. This can, on rare occasions, cause a pending “charge” to appear on your bank statement. Simply put, this is due to your bank having not yet updated their system to display the refund correctly. We are not charging you again for your order. We suggest that you contact your card issuer for any further information.

 

You can also find the acquirer reference number (ARN) of the transaction on the order page or refund details page and provide it to your card issuer so that they can trace your refund more easily.

Refunds to Klarna are processed in different ways, depending on the status of your payment schedule and if you applied for a full or partial refund.

Full refund
Once the refund is issued, any remaining payments will be cancelled and the already paid amount (including the service fee) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Partial refund
If the partial refund is more than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining balance and the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the remaining balance and applied evenly across the remaining payments. You can view any updates to your payment plan in the Klarna app.

Refunds to Afterpay are processed in different ways, depending on the status of your payment schedule and if you applied for a full or partial refund.

Full refund

Once the refund is issued, any remaining payments will be cancelled and the already paid amount (including the service fee) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Partial refund

(1) If payments were still owed on the order, your remaining payments have likely been adjusted or canceled.

Let’s have a look at this example:

-Sam’s order total was $500.40. She returned an item that was to the value of $143.10.

-Sam still had two payments left on this order when the refund was processed.

-Her final payment had been cancelled, and the third instalment was reduced to $107.10 to reflect the refund.

-In this case, Sam will not be receiving a refund to her bank card, but the order has been correctly adjusted. If Sam had paid off the whole order, she would have received a refund of $143.10 back to her card.

(2) The refund back to your card has been processed in instalments, not a lump sum.

When a refund to your card is owed, it is not refunded to you in a lump sum. The refund will be sent back to the card that was used to pay for the individual instalments. So the way the order was paid for will be the way that it will be refunded, starting from your final payment and working backwards.

Let’s have a look at another example:

-In this case, John’s original order total was $57.27. John had paid off all of the repayments for this order, and a refund of $15 was processed by the Likepax.

-John will receive a total back to his card of $15. His final payment of $14.31 has been refunded, and a separate amount of $0.69 has been refunded from his third instalment.

-Both of these amounts equal $15. The money will be returned within 10 business days to the card that John used to make each payment.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping

Likepax currently provides free standard shipping for most orders and free express shipping for orders over US$129. For more information about shipping, please visit our shipping info page. 

Our warehouse normally processes all orders within 1-3 days. However, if your order is taking a longer time to process, it could be due to particular items in your order which have longer than normal processing times.

You can view the estimated delivery time for each item in your order by going to their specific product pages. If you would like to receive the other items in your order ASAP, you may cancel the other longer-processing item(s) for a refund. Your remaining items can then be shipped out immediately.

We know you’re excited to get your order through and so are we! If your order arrives late, we will issue a $5 credit (standard shipping) or a $13 credit (express shipping) to your account as a small sign of appreciation for your patience.

If we don’t deliver your order on or before Likepax’s latest estimated delivery date, we will issue you a credit within 48 hours of that date. The credit will be issued to your Likepax credit balance in the currency used for the order and with the exchange rate from when your order was placed. You can check the compensation amount for late delivery in your order details.

We sometimes do partial shipping to help you receive certain items from your order faster. While most items can be processed within 1-3 days, some items may have longer processing time for various reasons including, for example, being in different warehouses.

Your order may also be divided into two or more packages if the total combined weight exceeds the weight limits of couriers.

If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will be able to see the estimated delivery times and individual tracking numbers for each package in separate tabs on your order’s tracking page. Just go to “Your orders” on Likepax.com or your Likepax app and click “Track” button next to the order you want to check.

If your order has not yet been packed, you can follow the steps below to update your shipping address:
1. Go to “Your orders” in Likepax.com or your Likepax app,
2. Click on your order to view your order details,
3. Next to your address, click on “Edit” to change address,
4. If the change is successful, you will receive a prompt that says “your address has been updated” and the order details will show the latest address.

If your order has already been packed, we unfortunately will not be able to update your shipping address. If your package has not yet been delivered, you may contact the carrier directly to see if it would be possible to update your shipping address. Our packages are shipped internationally, so you will likely begin to see updates from US shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) after the package is cleared by US customs and the US shipping company receives your package.

We suggest you check the tracking information on the ‘My orders’ page for more details, as it is updated regularly. Just click ‘Track’ next to the order you want to check.

Delivery

You can track the latest shipping status of your order on the Likepax app or Likepax.com. Simply visit “Your orders” and click the “Track” button next to your order to get a direct link to your shipping information. You will be able to see your shipping carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and latest shipping status on the page.

If a tracking number isn’t available yet, then our warehouse may still be processing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for warehouse processing. We will notify you when your tracking number is ready and your order has been shipped.

If your order arrives late, we will issue a $5 credit (standard shipping) or a $13 credit (express shipping) to your account.

If you haven’t received any tracking updates on your order since it shipped, it’s most likely because your order was sent from our overseas warehouses. Tracking won’t update until your package arrives in the United States and is picked up by our local shipping partner to deliver to your doorstep. The local shipping partner will scan your package (only during business days) to update your tracking info.

You can track your order by going to the “Your orders” page of Likepax.com or the Likepax app. From there you will be able to find your order and click “Track” to view the latest tracking info.

We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. On the item page, you can find the estimated delivery date, along with information about the percentage of orders delivered within that time frame, so you can plan accordingly.

Once you place your order, you will be able to see the estimated delivery time in “Your orders” of the Likepax app or Likepax.com. 

The estimated delivery time refers to the expected arrival of your order, taking into account the time needed for both processing and transit.

Don’t worry-if you haven’t received your package, there are a few things that we can do:
1. Verify your shipping address. Go to the “Your orders” page on Likepax.com or your Likepax app to confirm your order’s shipping details.
2. If the address is confirmed, major packages are usually found to be accidentally misplaced. Look around your mailbox or drop-off location to see if the courier left your package near your house, in your mailbox, in front of your garage, or on your lawn.
3. Check if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. Ask your family, neighbors, or other household members to see if they accepted the delivery for you.
4. Sometimes a package can be marked as delivered when the courier is able to arrive at your address, but fails to make the delivery when they aren’t able to reach you. Please check your phone messages and emails to see if the carrier notified you of a failed attempted delivery.

If there was a failed attempted delivery or you still aren’t able to recover your package, the best thing to do is to contact the carrier directly. Please have your tracking number ready and refer to the numbers below to call your carrier for more information.

There are two reasons why you may be missing items from your order.

1. Your order is overweight due to excess items.

For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in multiple packages so that you get the other items in your order as quickly as possible. We will then ship out the remaining products as soon as they are processed. You can view details about your order in the ‘Your orders’ page of your Likepax account. Click ‘track’ next to your order so that you can see if your items were split into multiple packages.

2. Items went missing during packing or transportation.

If you are missing an item from your order and it is not scheduled to be sent in another package, you may request a refund by the following steps:

– Click ‘You’ from the Likepax app > ‘Customer support’ > ‘Contact us’, or click ‘Support’ on the top of Likepax.com, then click ‘Chat with Likepax’

– Send ‘missing item’ and select the order you need help with

– Click ‘Select missing item(s)’

– Select the item(s) and the quantity that is missing

– Upload the details of the missing item(s) and click ‘Next’

– Select your refund method

– Click submit to request a refund for your missing item(s)

Once Likepax issues your refund, please allow 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary across financial institutions. If you opt for a Likepax credit refund that can be used in the future purchase, it will be swiftly added to your Likepax Credit Balance within 3 minutes.

3. Find the option “Forward as Attachment” and fill in reportphishing@likepax.com in the recipient option to send.

You may receive an email that appear to be from Likepax but are actually from scammers. These emails usually direct you to a fake website that looks very similar to likepax.com and ask you for account information, such as your email address and password. After stealing your sensitive information, these fake sites may use it for more fraudulent activities. Some phishing emails may contain viruses or malware that steal your passwords or sensitive information. It is recommended to install antivirus software and keep it updated at all times. Here are a few pointers for recognizing fraudulent emails:

1. Official Likepax emails do not ask you to provide the following information:

  • Your social security number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

  • Your credit card number or your PIN

  • Your credit card security code

  • Your Likepax password

  • Information that could be used to answer security questions, such as your parents’ names

2. Requests to verify or confirm your account information

  • Likepax will never ask you to click on a link in an email to verify or confirm your account information

3. Asking you to pay a shipping fee to get free gifts

  • Likepax will not ask you to pay additional fees via email or text message after you have placed your order. 4. Attachments in suspicious e-mails

Likepax will not ask you to open attachments in emails for order confirmation and we do not allow our merchants to make such requests to buyers. Please do not open any attachments in suspicious emails or emails from strangers. If you receive an email with attachments claiming to be from Likepax, please do not open the attachments and forward the email directly to  reportphishing@likepax.com (preferably as an attachment), deleting it after sending. If you open these attachments, please run antivirus or anti-malware software.

5. Grammatical or spelling errors

Look out for grammatical or spelling errors in emails. Some phishing emails are translated from other languages or are not proofread before being sent so they often contain grammatical or spelling errors.

6. Sender’s email domain

Sometimes you can determine the authenticity of an email by looking at the domain name of the sender’s email address. You can be sure that it is a fraudulent email if the domain name of the email is not one of the following: likepax.com / likepaxemail.com / likepaxmail.com / likepaxofficial.com / likepaxfavor.com

 

7. If the email looks suspicious, visit the Likepax website directly

If you are skeptical about the email, please do not click on the links in it. Please go directly to the official Likepax page and click on My Account at the top right of the page to view your recent purchases or other account information. 2. How to keep your payment information safe
– Always use websites with the padlock symbol.
– Check your bank statements often and report any anomalies to your bank.
– Report lost or stolen cards immediately.
– Do not select to save your card information or credentials on any shared devices.

3. Before you report a potential unauthorised transaction on your card, please consider the below
– Was the order placed by a friend, family member, or someone who has access to your payment details?
– Are there other cards associated with the payment account that may have been used?
– Have you recently canceled an order? Some banks show this transaction as pending.
If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud please contact us with details of the transaction and we can assist you further.

4. Keep your email secure with strong passwords
Your email account contains a lot of personal information about you and is usually linked to other online accounts you use. If your email account is compromised, all your other passwords can be reset. So it’s important to secure your email account with a strong password that is different from all your other passwords.
To create one, we recommend the ‘3 random words’ method: simply choose three random, memorable words that mean something to you when put together – the longer and less obvious the connection the better.For example: MagicalCardWater.

5. Don’t use unsecured public Wi-Fi networks
Free public Wi-Fi connections offered in coffee shops or airports often have little or no security. It’s easy for hackers to monitor traffic on the network, including your email details. The way to protect against attacks is to stick to trusted or password-protected networks. Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is also safe as it protects and encrypts your connection data.

6. Remember to log out when using a public computer or device
If you use a public computer to check your email but don’t log out before leaving, someone who uses that computer later can get your password and use it to hack into your account. After using a public computer or device, remember to log out correctly. Also note that public computers can be infected with malware or spyware, so use them with caution.

Cybercriminals lure users into clicking on phishing websites to check tracking updates for their packages by sending fraudulent text messages saying “parcel not received” or “wrong address”. This scam is even more prevalent during the holiday season when many of us are waiting for a delivery.

These scams contain links that appear to be from the official courier/package tracking websites and ask you to enter information such as your name, email address, and bank card number. A few days after you have done so, there is a good chance that your bank card will be stolen. Some of the scams will also directly ask you to make an online payment in order for the package to be delivered properly.

1. Evri

Evri SMS messages:

  • Will not show the sender name as a mobile phone number

  • Will never ask you for payment

  • Will never include a link except for a tracking link called https://evri.link/……  (Please be aware even if the link does show as https:/evri.link/….. we cannot guarantee this is genuine. If you are unsure do not click a link and do not enter any personal details – see the Fake ”missed parcel” messages section above.)

2. Royal Mail

In cases where customers need to pay a surcharge for an underpaid item, we would let them know by leaving a grey Fee To Pay card. We would not request payment by email or text.

The only time we would ask customers to make a payment by email or by SMS is in instances where a customs fee is due. In such cases, we would also leave a grey card telling customers that there’s a Fee to Pay before we can release the item. This would apply either to an international customs fee or to a surcharge for an underpaid item.

3. USPS

The Postal Service offers free tools to track specific packages, but customers are required to either register online, or initiate a text message, and provide a tracking number. USPS does not charge for these services! USPS will not send customers text messages or e-mails without a customer first requesting the service with a tracking number, and it will NOT contain a link. So, if you did not initiate the tracking request for a specific package directly from USPS and it contains a link: don’t click the link!

4. UPS

  • Slow Down – Scammers rely on urgency to create panic. Be cautious of anything that implies you must act immediately. Take the time to review the message, then review it again.

  • Check the Details – Are there spelling or grammar errors? Generic greetings, like ”Sir or Madame?” Fraudsters will frequently use small typos to trick you into clicking on the link.

  • Delete and Block It – So you don’t accidentally interact with it later.

  • If It Seems Too Good To Be True, It Probably Is – Scammers may sell fake labels at deep discounts.

5. FedEx

FedEx does not request, via unsolicited mail, email, or text, any personal information pertaining to your account credentials or identity.Indications that this is a suspicious email include:

  • Urgent request for money in return for the delivery of your packages.

  • Requests for your personal and financial information.

  • Misspelled website or email addresses, like fedx.com or fed-ex.com.

  • Spelling and grammatical errors, or excessive capitalization and exclamation points.

  • Claims that you have won a large sum of money.

  • A message that appears when you click a link, warning you that the connection isn’t secure. This means the browser you use recognizes a security risk.

6. Canada Post

  • Check the number from which a text message has been sent to ensure it is from the trusted Canada Post short code number 272727 or 55555

  • Unless you have requested email or text notifications, delete them immediately

  • Do not click on links in suspicious emails or text messages as they may contain malicious viruses or lead you to a fake website

  • Do not reply to the emails or the text messages, even if the text or email tells you to click on ”Unsubscribe” or text ”STOP” to stop receiving messages
