Authentic Products Guarantee Policy

Products offered for sale on Likepax are authentic. If the product you received is confirmed as counterfeit product, please contact us within 90 days of the order being received and provide the valid proof of inauthenticity. After confirmation by Likepax, you will receive the refund of the actual payment amount for the product, along with a coupon which is worth twice as much the product value.

Notes:

1. Valid proof of inauthenticity(verification proof of inauthenticity issued in the official website of corresponding brand) is needed. It need to be original and real without any alteration, addition or deletion, otherwise the proof will be invalid and Likepax will not provide you this service.

2. If you use this service for profit, you will not enjoy this policy and your credit rating would be downgraded.

3. The coupon only can be used to buy products in the same category and is not transferable. The valid period is 6 months.

4. The effective date of this policy is March 25, 2022.
